White Noise - Text 3
White noise is often caused by the fact that, under the influence of heat, electrons stray randomly from their trajectory. These stray electrons affect the pressure of the output signal and a sound is thereby created. Poor-quality recording equipment generally produces such a hiss. White noise can also be due to several factors connected with other kinds of devices, such as air conditioning and ventilation units.
